Acceptable Use Policy
OTLU Sites builds and hosts websites for lawful businesses. This policy lists what the service may not be used for. It applies to every website we build, host or maintain.
1. Prohibited websites and content
Illegal activity of any kind, including content that violates Indian law.
Deceptive or fraudulent businesses: fake offers, impersonation, pyramid or money-circulation schemes, misleading health or financial claims.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
Adult content, escort services, and sexually explicit material.
Real-money gambling, betting and lottery promotion, except where explicitly licensed and lawful, which requires prior written approval.
Unlicensed financial services: deposit-taking, investment schemes, loan apps or forex services operating without the required registrations.
Weapons, narcotics and other restricted goods.
Content promoting violence, hatred or discrimination against any group.
Malware distribution, phishing or any attempt to misuse visitors’ devices or data.
2. Form and messaging abuse
Enquiry systems provided with the service may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages. WhatsApp and phone actions connect visitors who chose to reach the business; they are not tools for cold outreach.
3. Enforcement
OTLU Sites may decline a build, require content changes, or suspend or terminate a website that violates this policy, with notice where practical. Suspected unlawful content may be reported to authorities where required.
