Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Enquiry details you submit through our forms: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, business name, business category, city, existing website (if given), preferred plan, preferred language and your message.

Technical context recorded with a submission: the page it came from, campaign parameters (UTM), your IP address, browser user agent, language and time. This context exists for spam protection and for understanding where enquiries come from.

Payment metadata for customers: plan, amounts, tax details, payment status and invoice references. Card and banking details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers — we hold a payment reference, not the instrument.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide and bill the service, deliver website enquiries to the right business, prevent abuse, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

We contact you about your enquiry or service by phone, WhatsApp or email only with your consent given at the form or at purchase. We do not send cold marketing to submitted numbers.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors and sharing

Data is processed by infrastructure providers we use to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, analytics where enabled). Each processor receives only what its function requires.

We disclose information where required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site works without marketing cookies. Where analytics is enabled, it is used in aggregate to understand page performance and language use; see the Cookie Policy for specifics and controls.

Your language selection may be stored in your browser so the site opens in your language next time. That preference stays on your device.

5. Retention

Enquiry records are retained while relevant to sales and service, and then deleted or anonymised. Billing records are retained as required by Indian tax law. Backups follow a documented retention schedule.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to be contacted, by writing to hello@otlusites.com. Deletion requests are honoured except where retention is legally required.

7. Client website enquiries

Websites we manage for customers include enquiry forms. Details submitted on a customer’s website are collected for that customer and delivered to them; the customer is responsible for how they use their enquiries. OTLU Sites processes this data to operate the service, with strict separation between businesses.
