Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the OTLU Sites managed-website service provided by OTLU Ventures Private Limited ("OTLU Sites", "we", "us"). By purchasing a plan or using the service, you ("the customer") agree to these terms.
1. The service
OTLU Sites provides professionally built, fully managed business websites on a subscription basis. Depending on the plan, the service includes website preparation, hosting, SSL, technical maintenance, enquiry capture and a defined allowance of small content updates.
The service is a managed service: OTLU Sites operates the website infrastructure on the customer’s behalf. It is not a software licence, a source-code sale or a development-for-hire engagement unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Plans, fees and taxes
Published prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is added at billing and eligible payments are invoiced by OTLU Ventures Private Limited.
The first three months of a monthly plan are payable together at signup. Annual plans are payable in advance. Plan inclusions, update allowances and revision rounds are as published on otlusites.com at the time of purchase.
Work outside the published plan inclusions — including e-commerce, custom portals, appointment systems, payment flows, large catalogues, custom integrations and major redesigns — is scoped and quoted separately.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer provides accurate business information, content, images and approvals, and confirms they hold the necessary rights to all material supplied. Delivery timelines begin only after complete information is received.
The customer purchases and owns their domain name. OTLU Sites can guide the purchase and manages the technical connection, but the domain registration remains in the customer’s name and control.
The customer is responsible for the legality and accuracy of the business claims, offers and prices shown on their website.
4. Content updates and revisions
A content update is a small change to text, images, services, contact details or offers within the existing website structure. Update allowances are monthly, do not accumulate, and unused updates lapse at the end of each month.
Pre-launch revision rounds are as published for the plan. Additional revisions or structural changes are quoted separately.
5. Payment, grace period and suspension
The managed website, hosting, maintenance and included services remain active while the subscription is active and payments are current.
If a renewal payment fails or remains unpaid, OTLU Sites will attempt to notify the customer. If payment remains overdue beyond a grace period of 14 days, the service — including the website — may be suspended. If payment remains outstanding 30 days after suspension, the service may be terminated and the website taken offline.
The customer’s domain is unaffected by suspension or termination; it remains registered in the customer’s name.
6. Prohibited content
The service may not be used for websites that are unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or otherwise restricted, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. OTLU Sites may refuse, suspend or terminate service for websites that violate that policy.
7. Service changes and availability
OTLU Sites maintains hosting, security and technical updates and aims for high availability, but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (hosting providers, domain registrars, messaging platforms) can affect availability.
No guarantee is given of search-engine ranking, traffic, enquiry volume, leads, sales or revenue.
8. Termination by the customer
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation and refund treatment, including the initial three-month commitment, is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
On termination, migration or handover options, where available, are governed by the separately published migration policy in force at the time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTLU Sites’ total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer for that period. OTLU Sites is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data caused by third parties, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
OTLU Sites may update these terms; material changes will be notified on otlusites.com or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
